Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you use GPA Calculator (https://gpaready.com). The short version: we collect almost nothing.

Summary

  • No accounts, no sign-up, no login.
  • No tracking, no analytics, no advertising.
  • No cookies.
  • Fonts are hosted on our own site, so your browser does not contact Google or other font providers.
  • The tool runs in your browser. What you type into it is never sent to us.
  • The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send through the Contact form.

1. Information you send us

If you use the Contact page form, we receive the name (optional), email address, and message you type. We use it only to read and reply to your message. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or use it for anything else.

2. Hosting and form processing

The site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores Contact form submissions on our behalf. As with any web host, Netlify may process technical data such as your IP address in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. See Netlify's own privacy policy for details.

3. Cookies and tracking

GPA Calculator does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or other tracking tools. The tool does not send what you type into it anywhere.

4. How long we keep data

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for any follow-up, and are then deleted.

5. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us through the Contact page and we will delete it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to withdraw consent. Because we only hold what you send through the Contact form, the easiest way to exercise any of these rights is to send a request through the Contact page. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
